Hub 51

Project Details

Hub 51 is a multi-family complex comprised of five four-story buildings totaling 174,000 SF. Made up of 191 units  near the Camelback corridor, this residential project includes high-end finishes through-out and multiple amenities  including a luxurious pool and spa area, fitness center, community room and a 4,500 SF restaurant.

The complex  also includes a five-story above grade parking structure. Both the parking structure and residential buildings  are made up entirely of precast panels which required significant planning and coordination to put in place on this  tight, urban development site.

Project Details

This project is coming soon in 2022. Related Group, one of the nation’s top developers, selected GCON to partner in the launch of their expansion into Arizona. This garden-style community is comprised of 19 buildings, boasting 388 luxury apartments, a community clubhouse, and a fitness center. Additional amenities include two pools with resort-style cabanas, multiple spas and gas fire pits, playground, tot lot, pickle ball court, and putting green. The apartments will feature granite countertops, movable islands, fully-tiled back splashes, glass shower doors, and modern Samsung appliances. Located on 20 acres, this site will offer 370 covered parking spaces.

The Vīb

Project Details

This project is coming soon in 2021. GCON was selected as the building partner for Best Western® Hotels & Resorts’ urban, upscale boutique brand, the Vīb, in Tempe, Arizona. Located at 511 South Farmer Avenue, the 102-room Vīb Tempe will serve as BWHR’s corporate hotel, giving the global hospitality company a bigger footprint in its home state of Arizona. The modern, urban feel of the Vīb hotel suits Tempe’s style. The upscale hotel features a modern lobby thoughtfully designed for collaborating with peers, using as a workspace for the day, or socializing after a local sporting event. The versatile public space can also flex to provide an extended lobby with flexible furnishings suitable for large events and functions. This innovative lobby design is intended to serve every guest need and provide both reasons to stay in and options for going out. The lobby bar provides the perfect hangout spot to indulge in crafted cocktails, light dining, and espresso beverages. The hotel also includes a signature rooftop lounge, offering guests a breathtaking view of downtown Tempe and the valley of the sun. Vīb will also include a unique art installation on the adjacent walking path to bridge the community to the hotel. This project includes off-site fabrication of structural panels and plumbing systems with just in time deliveries.
