Mr. Jensen has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years with experience in high tech, educational, dormitory, office and manufacturing.His experience includes new build, tenant improvement and remodels. Ian’s responsibilities include design coordination, preconstruction services, supervision of the project team to ensure that strategy, scheduling, work progress, subcontractor awards, job quality and cost controls and meeting project/client commitments. He works closely with the project team to ensure the project will meet or exceed the project owner’s goals along with schedule and cost milestones.

Ian’s thoroughness, open-book approach and communication style has enabled him to earn the trust of his clients and establish long-lasting relationships with them. He is described as running a tight ship, detail-oriented and trustworthy.
