Every year, as summer approaches, GCON seeks out a few students to rotate through our internship program. The internship is 12 weeks long, and a very beneficial add to any resume. The students rotate through the office and then in to the field to get their boots dirty. For the year 2018, we have five interns that started with us in May, three of which are in our main office and the other two currently assigned to a job site. This internship is a great opportunity for students out of school to dive deep into construction, and learn how rewarding the industry can be. It also provides insight on all different positions and jobs performed, allowing them to make a clearer decision on what they want to pursue within the industry.
