GCON Inc. supports a corporate philanthropic vision of supporting our youth through educational programming, sports and job readiness programs. Director of Public Works, Tiffany Fisher carries this vision with her new position as a board member for the Pendergast Elementary Community Foundation.
The purpose of the Pendergast Elementary Community Foundation is to inspire, promote, and support education and extracurricular programs for students and teachers, charitable health services for students in need, and enable professional growth and development opportunities for future and current teachers through financial assistance and scholarship programs.
Board member Tiffany Fisher, of GCON says, “It is an honor to be a part of such a successful board that has helped fulfill dreams of teaching to so many. The programming dollars awarded have changed student’s lives, allowing them to experience a world they never thought they could see.”
GCON Inc. President Mike Godbehere also supports this board position saying, “We have to invest in our youth at an early age. We need students to know the world of construction and the exceptional jobs available to them in the trades. The only way to reach these students is to give them our time and resources. I am very proud to have Tiffany Fisher elected to this board.”
