GCON previously re-purposed an old fitness facility into a new speculative office building in which Retinal Consultants purchased for their ophthalmology practice. This two-story, state-of-the-art facility includes exam and consultation rooms, doctor offices, research area, and a coffee bar. Controlled lighting in the waiting areas and exam rooms provide comfort to patients during dilation. Floating cloud panels and waterfall patterned Corian add softness to the lobby and waiting areas.

This tenant improvement for a chiropractic clinic involved a total office transformation. With a new floor plan layout, walls were reconstructed and a soffit ceiling system was installed. All mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems were upgraded. Contemporary office fixtures and finishes were used to create a calming and balanced environment.

GCON transformed this shell into a welcoming professional office with warm tones. The pendant lighting and stone accented desk in the reception area reflect the detailed design of this project. The high end finishes and mill work create an inviting atmosphere.

This project turned an outdated 108,000 SF vacant building into an updated and modern Class A office building. In order to make the facility Class A, parking had to be increased which meant a costly parking structure was necessary. GCON worked with the developer and offered a more cost effective solution that involved demoing a portion of the building to make room for the mandatory parking requirements. A new central plant area was also constructed to integrate with the new building systems. GCON delivered this project through it’s unique Design-Build process.

This tenant improvement for a pediatric medical clinic greets patients with a modern, vibrant and animal theme environment. Two lobby areas, sick vs well children, are separated by the front office/administration area. Dark wood plank flooring along with vibrant colored paint, wall paper and wall decals make up more than 20 exam rooms and several doctor offices. A long narrow nurses station runs along the entire back of the space for easy accessibility to exam rooms.
