This project turned an outdated 108,000 SF vacant building into an updated and modern Class A office building. In order to make the facility Class A, parking had to be increased which meant a costly parking structure was necessary. GCON worked with the developer and offered a more cost effective solution that involved demoing a portion of the building to make room for the mandatory parking requirements. A new central plant area was also constructed to integrate with the new building systems. GCON delivered this project through it’s unique Design-Build process.
