GCON is well underway on the latest phase of the Mesa Hangar II LLC hangar project at Falcon Field Airport! This new phase adds an additional five hangar bays and Class A office space totaling 80Ksf. Expected to be completed late summer 2026, this expansion directly supports the major growth of business and corporate aviation development across the City of Mesa airfield.
Proud moments like this remind us why we build! The West-MEC Career Academy at Agua Fria High School is a project that reflects the dedication and skill of our Public Works team. Delivering this 31,000 SF campus in just six months is no small feat. Their collaboration with our trade, design and education partners truly brought this vision to life.

Delivered in just six months, this project is a testament to strong collaboration with SPS+ Architects, the City of Avondale, and the Agua Fria High School District — creating spaces where students can explore, learn, and build their futures.

Introducing our healthcare building team, The GCON Flatliners! Thank you to Immedia for putting on the bowling event of the year. We`re already planning our costumes for 2026!
GCON is proud to be building a new facility at Falcon Field Airport that will expand and modernize current operations critical to providing reliable energy to millions of Arizonans!
This is a 43,000 SF hangar that will house three helicopters and one fixed-wing aircraft, along with maintenance bays, a paint booth, machine and battery shops and administration spaces.
This facility is designed for longevity with maintenance-free elements like a 16” insulated concrete tilt panel system and fully integral color for all masonry and concrete.
Scheduled for completion for December 2025, this work is made possible through the collaboration of our outstanding trade partners! Harder Mechanical Contractors, Riggs Companies, Pete King Construction and ASSA ABLOY!
GCON had the honor of celebrating the ribbon cutting for the Great Hearts Roosevelt Campus Expansion in Buckeye alongside our incredible partners — Chermack Consulting Group, and Carhuff + Cueva Architects, LLC!
Right before students filled the brand-new artificial turf quad, we snapped a quick photo to capture the moment!
This expansion was all about creating a space where students can grow, learn and thrive. The new two-story classroom building was constructed right in the heart of an active campus during the school year — a true team effort that prioritized safety, function and design. The project includes:

▪️ Science and lab spaces
▪️ Restrooms on both levels
▪️ A passenger elevator and exterior stairs
▪️ A second-floor walkway connecting buildings
▪️ An artificial turf quad with shade canopies, benches, outdoor games

Proud to support the CT SIM Replacement project at the Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center in Gilbert, AZ.
Our team provided a Level IV Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) containment using STARC walls and continuous air monitoring throughout the project. Scope included demolition of existing flooring, structural supports, and electrical utilities, followed by installation of new electrical gear, underground conduits for the Siemens Gantry, and all new room finishes.
